Support Us

We don’t have a big budget. We never have. Casa Pampa has grown because people show up, not because money showed up first.

But the work costs something. Composting supplies. Garden tools. Camera traps for wildlife monitoring. Transportation for beach cleanups. Maintaining the space where it all happens. When you support Casa Pampa, your money goes directly to getting our hands dirty.

Volunteer With Us

We should be upfront: we don’t offer a bed or a meal. This isn’t a hostel exchange. It’s not a vacation with a side of volunteering.

People who volunteer with Casa Pampa come because they genuinely want to help. And because of that, we get incredible people. Professionals who bring their skills. Travelers who want to leave something behind other than footprints. Neighbors who show up because this is their community too.

You’ll work alongside us in the garden, at beach cleanups, in Compost Club workshops, or wherever your skills are most useful. The schedule is flexible. The work is real.

What Volunteers Do

In the garden: soil preparation, planting, composting, and harvesting. Learn techniques you can take home.

On the beach: Cabo Blanco buffer zone cleanups. Walk the coast, collect what the tides brought in.

In the community: Compost Club workshops, education support, communication projects. Bring your skills.

Who Our Volunteering Is For

You should be at least 18 years old and comfortable working outdoors in tropical weather. No experience necessary. We’ll teach you everything you need to know.

We welcome volunteers from anywhere in the world. Spanish skills are helpful but not required.

Interested?

Send us a message at info@casapampa.com. Or fill out the volunteer interest form.

Tell us a little about yourself, when you’re planning to visit, and what skills or interests you’d bring.

Other Ways to Help

Bring your professional skills. We’ve been shaped by professionals who volunteered their expertise. Designers, educators, researchers, communicators. If you have a skill that could help, we’d love to hear from you.

Share our story. Tell a friend. Post about us. Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is help people find us.

Thank you for caring about this place and the people in it.
